The Raspberry and Candy Floss Cocktail Mix isn't quite the woolly, melt in the mouth stuff you wolfed down as a kid. But it will create a sweet cocktail to sip, allowing fond memories of the summer fair to be enjoyed.

In this cocktail mix you get all the ingredients you need to make this popular fun fair cocktail. Add the contents to 70cl of vodka, give it a shake and leave to infuse for 48 hours. Once the vodka is infused strain a double shot over ice in a highball glass, add soda water, lemonade or fruit juice and sit back, relax and enjoy this refreshing cocktail. Makes 14 cocktails.
