Refund policy
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must strictly adhere to the following:
- returned in same condition that you received it
- unworn or unused
- complete with tags
- and in all of its complete original packaging (inner and outer branded)
NO REFUNDS will be provided if none of the above underlined conditions are met. For in shop purchases, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If purchased online, Frenchic paint can only be returned in the original inner and outer packaging, the tins must be unopened. Please contact us before returning, as there are strict requirements by the carriers for shipping paint (hence the special packaging)
To start a return, you need to contact us either via the online chat service or by email to sales@no96shop.com to let us know what you are returning and the reason why. If you have an account with us you can initiate a return directly from the original order.
If your return is accepted, please follow the information in this policy. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipment Responsibility
We are unable to provide free returns, unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect item as per table below:
- Item Damaged
- Missing parts or accessories
- Wrong item sent
- Defective or does not work properly
- Arrived in addition to what was ordered
- Description on web site is not accurate
If any of the above apply, please request a label to return it. A refund will be provided upon its safe return in line with Refund policy below.
For any other reason the buyer will need to pay for the return shipping. A refund of the original payment will be provided once safely returned in line with the Refunds policy below.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food items), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 30 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We will refund return postage in this instance.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
- workshops are non-refundable, unless the event has to be cancelled.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have received, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Out of Stock
Occasionally items purchased online may not be available. If this is the case we will get in contact immediately to either offer a full refund, an exchange for another item or inform you of the expected delivery time of the item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
