This clever Sterling Silver and Gold Plated Russian Doll Necklace is truly stunning The large sterling silver doll has traditional 18ct gold vermeil (plated sterling silver) rose style detail on its tummy and opens to reveal a smaller gold doll, that can also hang on the long chain.
