Threadwork was commissioned from Cambridge Imprint by the Whitworth Gallery in Manchester to celebrate the refurbishment of the museum and its reopening in February 2015. Among other treasures, the Whitworth houses an important permanent collection of textiles and wallpapers. Our designs reference traditional embroidery techniques while embracing a mid-twentieth century aesthetic. Threadwork is available two colour ways:
Cambridge Imprint paper is printed in England on FSC paper of archiving quality, using vegetable oil-based inks that are kind to the environment. Each sheet is printed in one or two hand-mixed inks on uncoated 90 gsm stock to create a high-quality matte paper with a hand-printed feel.
Each sheet measures 50 cm x 70 cm.

For smaller and light items we send via Royal Mail 24 or 48 Tracked. Cost from £3.69
For cards and other thin items we send Royal Mail Large Letter (1st or 2nd class). Cost from £1.65. We can also send tracked - select at checkout
For larger or multiple items such as 750ml or 2.5L Frenchic Paint we use DPD Next Day service. This is a flat fee of £5.35 up to 20kg weight. (Royal Mail will not carry tins larger than 500ml)
