Tall Painted Bookcase

Previously painted (solvent based) tall pine bookcase with 5 shelves. The existing paintwork was sanded down almost back to wood where possible, with particular attention paid to the fluting, cornice and plinths. Paint was lifting off in these areas as the original wax wasn't completely removed. 

Painted by brush in several coats of Frenchic 'Salt of the Earth' Lazy Range paint to match existing bookcase we completed.

This was completed as a commission piece.
