This Goldfinch brooch is a perfect gift for a bird lover. The striking Goldfinch bird is one of the most colourful and recognisable birds to visit gardens in the United Kingdom. It's gold, red, black and white plumage is recreated in fine embroidered detail in this embroidered Blue tit brooch.
This Goldfinch is created from many layers of fabrics that are embroidered and painted to create a three-dimensional effect. The reverse is backed with soft felt and the edges are sealed so that the fabric does not fray. The brooch is lightweight, soft, flexible and fairly robust so very easy to wear on any garment.
Hand crafted in faux suede and cotton organdie
It measures 8cm x 5cm and is presented in a 9cm-square gift box.
Due to the hand-crafted nature of the brooch, some very slight variations may occur.

For smaller and light items we send via Royal Mail 24 or 48 Tracked. Cost from £3.69
For cards and other thin items we send Royal Mail Large Letter (1st or 2nd class). Cost from £1.65. We can also send tracked - select at checkout
For larger or multiple items such as 750ml or 2.5L Frenchic Paint we use DPD Next Day service. This is a flat fee of £5.35 up to 20kg weight. (Royal Mail will not carry tins larger than 500ml)
