Infusion Cocktail Mix Carafe - Just Add Spirits

Create delicious, bar-quality cocktails at home with a beautifully presented glass carafe filled with pre-made cocktail ingredients. Choose from refreshing tropical, mint, strawberry, or fruit-and-spice blends, then simply add the recommended spirit, leave to infuse, and serve over ice with your preferred mixer.

For spirit-based blends, add the contents to the recommended amount of rum, shake, and leave to infuse for at least 1 hour, or preferably 2 days for enhanced flavour. Strain a double shot over ice in a highball or hurricane glass, add soda water, pineapple juice, or another mixer, and enjoy. Each blend makes approximately 6–12 cocktails.

For the wine-based blend, add 75cl of red wine, stir, and leave to infuse for at least 24 hours. Strain into wine glasses and enjoy with lemonade. Once infused, it can be kept for up to 7 days in a sealed container.

We recommend mixing the contents with alcohol straightaway. Once mixed, the spirit-based infusions will keep for up to 6 months; the longer they infuse, the better the flavour.
