This product was produced for you in small-batch production and partly handmade. Despite great care, slight deviations in material, shape and color may therefore occur. We recommend you wash our porcelain items by hand.

For smaller and light items we send via Royal Mail 24 or 48 Tracked. Cost from £3.69
For cards and other thin items we send Royal Mail Large Letter (1st or 2nd class). Cost from £1.65. We can also send tracked - select at checkout
For larger or multiple items such as 750ml or 2.5L Frenchic Paint we use DPD Next Day service. This is a flat fee of £5.35 up to 20kg weight.
(NOTE: we don't have parcel collections at the weekend)
