Help with Ordering
We are aware that some of our customers are experiencing some issues when ordering from our web site. Whist we try to resolve them, below are list of the common ones we have encountered so far, and how to overcome them
Sometimes local pick up (Click & Collect) is not offered as an option, there could be a few reasons for this, here are the most common:1. Local Pick up option is on the first page after you select Checkout. The screen options should look like the images below:
2. Express Checkout options
ShopPay is the recommended 'Express payment' option, as this offers both shipping and Local Pick up.
PayPal Express unfortunately at this point in time does not offer Local Pick up option. PayPal will be available as a standard payment option on the Payment page.
3. Delivery Options on Information page skipped
Sometimes, perhaps because you have visited our web site before and Cookies have been saved, it maybe that the Information screen has been skipped. If you are not presented with Local Pick up as an option it means you are on the Shipping Page (Local Pickup is not listed on here). To rectify simply select the Information link at the top of the page, which will take you back a page and should offer you both options again. See screen image below.
4. Request to pay for shipping more than once on single order
Occasionally you might find that you are requested to pay shipping more than once on a single order.
This will occur if not all of the products you want to purchase are available in a single location. If this occurs, please contact us and we will move the stock for you to complete the order or send a payment link as an alternative method.
We try to avoid this happening by having sufficient stock at all times in each location.
