The Ring-necked Parakeet is the UK's only wild parrot, commonly seen (even more frequently heard) in flocks in London and the South East of England. It is also known as the feral parakeet, Kingston parakeet or Twickenham parakeet. Native to Africa and the Indian Subcontinent, they are a surprisingly tropical sight in the suburbs.

This Long-tailed brooch is created from many layers of fabrics that are embroidered and painted to create a three-dimensional effect. The reverse is backed with soft felt and the edges are sealed so that the fabric does not fray. The brooch is lightweight, soft, flexible and fairly robust so very easy to wear on any garment.

Length: 10 Centimeters; Width: 2.5 Centimeters and is presented in a 9cm-square gift box.

For smaller and light items we send via Royal Mail 24 or 48 Tracked. Cost from £3.69

For cards and other thin items we send Royal Mail Large Letter (1st or 2nd class). Cost from £1.65. We can also send tracked - select at checkout

For larger or multiple items such as 750ml or 2.5L Frenchic Paint we use DPD Next Day service. This is a flat fee of £5.35 up to 20kg weight.
